Breast reduction by liposuction is an excellent alternative to a formal breast reduction surgery in certain circumstances.

- Local anaesthetic
- Day surgery
- Easy post op care and recovery
- Very few risks and complications
- No effect on future breast feeding
The
disadvantages are;
- The results are uncertain - we can't plan for a reduction to a specific size.
- The "lift" is subtle
